Randall Addison is the President and owner of RCG and has been in position since 2010. He is responsible for the oversight and control of all aspects of the company’s operations. Prior to his time with RCG he spent almost 10 years with The Hartford, working in their Indianapolis claim center as part of their leadership team and in a position with their Home Office’s Performance Improvement group, focusing on regulatory compliance. He began his career in insurance with CNA’s legal department in Chicago where he was a part of the extra-contractual claim team and later their Motor Transport Specialty group in Denver.

As the Vice President, Kerri Fournier is responsible for creating and executing the strategic sales plans that grow RCG’s industry market share. She maintains and grows the firm’s existing client base and develops new business segments and opportunities for the Operations Division. She works closely with the Operations Division to set and meet both short and long term goals and strategies while also overseeing overall client relations and the Director of Sales & Marketing and their staff. Kerri joined RCG in 2013 as a Regional Manager overseeing the Chicago Territory and working closely with bringing in new clients and maintaining the existing client base. Kerri got her start in the industry in 2003 working for GAB Robins, N.A as the SIU Vendor Manager. She spent two years carefully choosing vendors, scoring files and handling surprise audits at vendor locations to ensure the quality of the product. Kerri then left GAB and worked closely with two Private Investigative Firms helping to build strong Nationwide Vendor Panels to assist in the company’s growth. Kerri has a strong focus on keeping the budget in mind and always putting the client’s needs first.
